It's a me again, yay!

This is a picture for my friend ~PinkScooby54 since after all this time, I haven't drawn anything of Tokio and Tanger together.
Because of the art thieves, you won't see any more pictures of my characters on my old account, but maybe I'll keep posting some on this one, just a few ^^

I re-designed Tanger's accessories, it's less random now...but I like it much more x3 I don't know if there are real rainbow glow sticks, but I got the idea from a couple of drawings by Amber xP
I used SAI on this one most of all and I really like the result, it looks so fun xD

El mio no madres esta mejor xD estoy tan ocupada con la escuela que no tengo tiempo para dibujar l: pero aparte de eso esta pero PADRE este dibujo.
